Bryan Memorial Gallery - Purchase Options
The Gallery strives to make it possible for you to purchase that one-of-a-kind piece as easy as possible. Towards that goal we offer a number of payment methods for both in-person and over-the-phone purchases.
Purchases for most shows allows you, the buyer, to take the piece home with you immediately. Occasionally, for a select show, we may ask you if you are willing to leave the piece in the show for the overall integrity of the presentation. However this is rare and only a suggestion. You always have the option of taking your painting with you.
CASH OR CARD: Payment by cash or major credit card, in-person in the Gallery is always an option.
CHECK: Checks are welcomed. The following limits apply.
If your purchase is less than $500 you are welcome to pay by check without waiting for bank clearance.
If your check is for more than $500 you will be asked to wait to either pick up your work after the gallery notifies you or we can ship it to you.
In all cases you will be asked for identification and your address and license number will be required.
We ship using UPS*.
PAYMENT PLAN:Bryan Memorial Gallery partners with Art Money to offer buyers the option of interest-free payment plans. To find out more about available plans for artworks valued at or above $1,000 usd through Art Money and to apply, click here!
Art Money
How does it work? Simple. We start with a 10% deposit and you take the artwork home right away. The artist is compensated immediately, you pay the remaining balance over ten months with zero interest directly through Art Money online, and the wheels of our creative economy keep on turning.
PHONE: If you call us to make a purchase over the phone you can do so immediately via major credit card, or arrange to send us a check or use a payment plan. Once payment is complete we will ship your purchase to you.
*UPS is our preferred shipping partner, however we can ship using USPS or FEDX if you prefer. Shipping is always at cost. The gallery does not charge a packing or materials charge so you only pay the actual shipping cost. Shipping reimbursement is requested once shipment is made.
